Non-seminoom (laag risico): Watchful waiting

Seminoon: Watchful waiting
Seminoom: Follow up na carboplatin
Stadium II, III, IV
Stadium II: Seminoom radiotherapie
Stadium II, III, IV: Met Teratoom restafwijking groter dan 1 cm of poor prognose
Stadium II_III_IV: schema zonder Teratoom geen restafwijking
